Instruction in the plastic arts begins in kindergarten level 3 and continues till senior graduation. There are two Art workshops at the school, one for individual work at the easel using paint, pencil, charcoal and other material. The other workshop is for larger scale projects undertaken individually or in teams.

The art curriculum consists of theory and practice. Students study the major painters, sculptors, plastic artists and different schools of arts along with History of Art. They then practice various historical and contemporary approaches and techniques on canvas, paper, cardboard, ceramics, etc. This practice improves students’ skills while stimulating their creativity.

Field trips are organized to galleries such as MALBA, the Museum of Fine Arts, and special exhibitions of painters, sculptors and designers to provide direct and existential contact with art works. This is necessary to stimulate creativity and help discover new tools and resources for students’ own work.

Students also paint murals on the school walls thus making the students complete a major project providing a huge sense of achievement and pride.
