Sworn College believes that sport and physical activity are essential for the development of the individual. Mind and body should be in balance.

Through sport, we establish rules, values and limits. Through team sport we learn to cooperate to achieve a common goal.

Students at Sworn participate in hockey, volleyball, football, athletics, basketball and handball.

Extracurricular workshops occur twice a week from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm in gymnastics, choreography, dance etc. Sports meetings are scheduled for National and Interprovincial competitions in athletics, soccer and hockey and sports tours organized.
